Payment & Warranty

Payments:

We accept: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
International Customers: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, or electronic funds (wire) transfer.
Credit cards will be processed at the time the product is shipped.
Products will not ship until payment is received.
Orders under $100.00 will incur a $20.00 handling fee.


Product Warranty:

Photonix products are warranted for a period of three years from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship (two years for Flashpistol PX-QXX series products).  The obligation of Photonix Technologies is limited to the repair or replacement of the warranted product, only after such product is found to be defective by Photonix Technologies.

Damage caused by neglect, abuse, accidental or abnormal conditions, normal wear, or improper installation (if applicable) are not covered by this warranty.  Unauthorized repairs or alterations to warranted Photonix products will cause this warranty to be null and void.

Photonix will not assume responsibility for loss of time, invonvenience, loss of use of your Photonix product, property damage caused by your Photonix Product, or any other consequential or uncidental damages.

Third party products supplied by Photonix are covered by a separate manufacturer warranty.
